Zintlo Global Shipping Policy

We partner with top-tier international carriers to ensure your pet supplies arrive safely and efficiently. By placing an order with Zintlo, you agree to the following shipping terms.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) following order confirmation.
• You will receive an automated email with tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times are estimates based on your geographic location:

• United States & Canada: 7 - 12 business days
• United Kingdom & European Union: 7 - 15 business days
• Rest of the World: 10 - 20 business days

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders outside of our primary warehouse zones, your shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Zintlo is not responsible for these additional charges. Customs policies vary widely; please contact your local customs office for further information.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking has not updated for over 10 business days, or your package has not arrived within 20 days post-dispatch, please contact service@zintlo.com. We will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier.
